Mistake 1: Starting this diet without will power.

This is the most common mistake that people make, without even realizing that this mistake can ruin their whole diet.

It would be a bad decision if you start the diet just because everyone else is doing it. If you start this diet without any motivation and determination, it is very likely that you will drop out of it really soon. Mistake 2: Not drinking enough water.

Drinking less water can also result in constipation, which is another big reason for the stuck weight.   

Mistake 3: Working out too hard.

While you are following the HCG diet, your main focus should be on careful food consumption and taking sufficient HCG dosage. Because your calorie consumption is way too less than normal routine, excess exercise is not advisable. Your body is already going through weakness, hunger and has low energy levels. It is possible that your body will not be able to withstand the exertion of the exercise. It can also lead to water retention in your body. So if you want to work out during the HCG diet plan, you should opt for taking a walk or doing light cardio at your gym.   

Mistake 4: Using canned vegetables/ fruits.

There is nothing like fresh vegetables and fruits if you want to lead a healthy life. It is true that everything has become easier; also agreed that it is much convenient to store the canned boxes.  But it will never be as effective and nutritious as the fresh ones. Canned fruits and vegetables have preservatives and extra sugar added to them. These preservatives and sugar can react with the HCG in your body and can make it difficult for you to lose weight. Even if you are not dieting, it is advisable to prefer fresh fruits, vegetables and meat over the packed ones because no matter how good the company is, you just cannot compete with nature. 

Mistake 5: You cheat and hide.

Determination and positivity is the main ingredient of a healthy weight loss. It is possible that they may fluctuate a bit here and there. It is okay to commit mistakes; we are only human. But if you have cheated a bit; took a bit of chocolate or a pizza; it is important to confess that mistake to your dietician. If you confess it, there is a scope of correcting that mistake.
